DAUPER SA implements the robotization of its factory in Barcelona (Spain)
We are proud to announce that this February has been launched in our factory in Barcelona (Spain) the new Compact Dispense Line (CDL) for automatic compounding equipment.
This CDL is capable of dispensing 50 to 500 liquid components. The impressive dispensing speed and accuracy give the system an exceptional bandwidth regarding batch size, with the smallest pour of 0.5 grams and largest batch of 500 kg, with different containers (tanks, totes, drums or bottles) and always assuring reproducible results, batch after batch.
With the incorporation of this machine to our manufacturing system we will be able to respond more quickly to the growing demand of our customers, with the highest quality standards, and it is a firm commitment of this company in the investment in high-tech equipment, complying with the corporate digital transformation program and introducing us to Industry 4.0.
